Growth: Ruwer. On the nose, the Pinot Blanc presents aromas of wet grass and fresh garden herbs, accompanied by pear and blackcurrant. With some air, minty nuances, mineral hints, and riper exotic fruit notes reminiscent of mango also unfold. On the palate, it reveals riper fruit that brings to mind kiwi, lychee, and lime. A fine saltiness and precise acidity give the Pinot its typical Ruwer character. Added to this is the distinct spiciness of the red slate soil, which is so characteristic of the Herrenberg wines. A lively, fresh wine with depth and intense mineral intensity.

Enjoy a succulent pan-seared corn-fed chicken breast with perfectly crispy skin, paired with an elegant shallot sauce, roasted rosemary potatoes, and spring carrots glazed in their own juices.
