Origin: Ruwer. With the 2022 vintage, for the first time, we are offering a fruity estate wine, SCHLOSS RIESLING KABINETT, alongside our dry SCHLOSS RIESLING. It provides an initial impression of the unmistakable Ruwer style and showcases the distinctive qualities of the Grünhaus estate. The cool, refined, and herbal-spicy style of our single-vineyard wines is already evident here. On the nose, the wine reveals a characterful aroma, defined by the typical notes of spontaneous fermentation. A fine mineral stoniness blends with a delicate scent of ripe mirabelle plum and freshly cut spring grass. On the palate, the wine presents itself as yeasty and mineral, with a lively structure and fine acidity. Juicy yellow citrus fruits like sweet orange and lemon, along with exotic notes of lychee and mango, lend it a succulent yet elegant fruitiness. The finish leaves a fresh, zesty impression with a clear mineral stamp and fine herbal spice—a wine with depth, tension, and character.

These elegant tartlets combine the creamy mildness of fresh goat cheese with the salty intensity of crispy bacon and the natural sweetness of aromatic forest honey. A touch of fresh thyme and crunchy walnuts perfectly rounds off this sophisticated play of textures.
