Growth: Ruwer. The Herrenberg is a classic Kabinett on the nose, characterized by fruit aromas, a trace of flint, and light spontaneous fermentation notes. Ripe citrus fruits dominate above all. The typical Grünhaus herbal aromatics, woodruff, and green tea are clearly perceptible. On the palate, the citrus fruits reappear: sweet lemon, juicy oranges, orange peel, ripe pomelo, and grapefruit. The acidity is juicy and animating. A Kabinett with tension, enormous drinkability, and a wonderful sweetness-acidity balance. The wines of the HERRENBERG also possess an extraordinary aging potential and can mature for decades.

An exotic taste experience featuring tender duck breast, fruity pineapple, and a creamy, spicy coconut sauce, finished with fresh cilantro and zesty lime.
