Goat Cheese Flammkuchen with Honey and Rosemary

- 1 packFlammkuchen dough (ready-to-use)
- 150 gCrème fraîche (Schmand)
- 150 gGoat cheese log
- 2 tbspLiquid honey (e.g., acacia honey)
- 2 sprigsFresh rosemary
- 1 pinchSea salt
- 1 pinchBlack pepper
Preparation: 20 minutes

- 1Preheat the oven to 220 °C (428 °F) top/bottom heat or 200 °C (392 °F) fan-assisted.
- 2Unroll the Flammkuchen dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough, leaving a border of about 1 cm.
- 4Slice the goat cheese log into approximately 0.5 cm thick rounds and distribute them evenly over the crème fraîche base.
- 5Pluck the rosemary needles from the sprigs, chop finely, and sprinkle over the cheese along with a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
- 6Bake the Flammkuchen in the preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- 7Remove the Flammkuchen from the oven and immediately drizzle the liquid honey over it in fine streaks.
- 8Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve warm as an aperitif.
