Growth: Ruwer. This rarity comes from a few hectares planted along the Mosel, specifically the Ruwer. With notes of chocolate, spice, and juicy cassis, it brings complexity and depth to both the nose and the color. The grapes from the year 2022 give it power and intensity. VINEYARD: Grown on the lower reaches of the Ruwer on reddish and very deep slate soil. VINIFICATION: Two-week maceration in stainless steel tanks. Subsequent storage in Moselle Fuder barrels. Racking after several months of aging on the fine lees.
