

Origin: Ruwer. Aromas of lemongrass and lime dominate with a pinch of salt. The nose is delicious and shows great Riesling typicality, accompanied by anise and a touch of pepper. On the palate, this Ruwer wine is juicy and dense, with vital acidity and an intense, spicy finish. Vineyard: It doesn't get more mineral than this: Kabinett dry and Kabinett off-dry from vineyards in the village of Kasel. From the Kaseler Kehrnagel and the Kaseler Hitzlay, with some support from the Kaseler Nies'chen depending on the vintage, we produce the most elegant Riesling wines in Kasel with slate character from the Ruwer. Serving temperature: well chilled at 8-10°C.
