This off-dry Riesling from the 2023 vintage is a tribute to the history of the Weinhaus Neuerburg: created for the 100th birthday of Gertheinz Neuerburg (1924–2005), it embodies tradition and personality. The nose reveals hints of apricot and ripe yellow fruits, lively and inviting. On the palate, the wine unfolds a great play of sweetness and acidity, supported by fine acidity, a subtle herbal note, and poignant minerality. The residual sweetness is finely balanced, vinified in an off-dry style, and conveys harmony and drinking pleasure.
